We do that by introducing some of the amazing farm-grown products on our Social Media Platforms, fielding questions from shoppers over the phone and through IM, and helping farmers with community outreach. When we built ShopSmallFarms our focus was on representing a large, diverse group. Our members encompass military, military veterans, disabled individuals, several languages, and people from a diverse group of religious, race and skill backgrounds. We wanted a true representation of what the world looked like and to celebrate the diversity that it offered we wanted to have a diverse group of members as well.
